The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was enjoyable. The receptionists and cleaning service staff were always friendly and helpful. They even arranged for breakfast and a taxi to the airport two hours earlier than usual. The service was truly exceptional. Additionally, the hotel provided free transportation to and from the airport, as well as to the nearest metro station. This made getting around the city very convenient.

The first thing I liked about this hotel was the friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and were always smiling and ready to assist. the hotel had a great location. It was conveniently situated near the main road, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. Plus, the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service to the city center, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. Lastly, the hotel had a beautiful rooftop terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view of the city skyline.
There were a few things that could have been improved. the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and we had trouble connecting throughout our stay.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided free transportation to and from the airport, which was a huge convenience. they offered free transport to the nearby Metro station, making it easy to explore the city. the location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was situated away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. This provided a nice break from the noise and pollution.
The hotel itself was quite run down. the furniture in the rooms was broken, and the water in the bathroom was intermittent.

The hotel is conveniently located well away from the busy center of the city, providing a quieter atmosphere for a relaxing stay. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. the staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, providing excellent service and addressing any concerns promptly. the delicious breakfast offered a variety of options to start the day off right.
The lack of proper lighting in the room can be a bit inconvenient.
